Knitting Pin Pair

Designed by Andrea Wong and produced in the USA by Lacis, this knitting pin is a handy tool to keep tension constant when knitting in the Portuguese style (one needle and one hook or two needles). Used for feeding and controlling your yarn while knitting, these useful tools - and Portuguese style knitting - can be helpful for those who find it difficult to tension the yarn with their hands, or for those with arthritis or hand injuries.

Wear the pin on your left shoulder and run the yarn through it instead of tensioning the yarn around your neck, as in standard Portuguese style knitting. Keep one with each project!
